Return & Exchange

All photos used on the website are of the actual product taken personally by us. The products we sell are "as is" based on said photos. By making a purchase you agree that the item you want is reflected in the photos.

We will cover shipping returns only if we made a mistake. ie, item received is different from what is in the photos. A different size than what was selected was received etc.

For reasons such as a change of mind or a mistakes made by you, you will have to cover the return shipping charges.


A few things to note before returning:

1)The sender’s address on your parcel invoice is not valid for returns. If you return back to that address, we can’t get the parcel and you will have to cover the loss.

2)Return address must be confirmed with our customer service.

3)Returning shipping method must be confirmed with our customer service before you send back the parcel. (Skip this step if you are covering return shipping yourself)

4)If shipping is to be covered by us, we will send you a return label to use for the return

We strive to have 100% satisfaction in all purchases. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your recent order(s), we will gladly accept returns of items that are in new condition, with original tags attached. Return items must not be washed, worn or altered– just return your item(s) to us within 7 days from the date you received the package. You can expect your refund in 7-14 days from the date we receive your returned item(s).
