1.How can I check order status?

Sign in with the correct username and password that you used when you made the order. Click on "My Account"
2.How long for Processing Time?
It usually takes 1-3 days to process your order. Most of drop orders will be shipped out within 24 hours after processing.
3.What if i am making Bulk Order?
Regarding a Large / Bulk Order please contact me personally via instagram to learn about the discounts available.
4.How to change the order information?
The order can't be changed by yourself once it was made. Please contact Customer Service as soon as possible and we will change them for you. If the order has been processed and sent out, no changes will be able to be made. Please be careful.
5.What if there have out of stock items in my order?
If your item is not available for some reason, we will notify you,you can replace it with other items or ask for refund.
6.How can i know my order have been shipped out or not?
Our system will email you automatically when your order was shipped out.
7.Why is there a delay in getting the tracking number?
After your items are sent out, it takes a few days for the tracking to update(it changes). To avoid confusion, we will only provide the final tracking which you can use until the item reaches you.
8. When the out of stock items will be restocked ?
We will try our best to find the quickest way to get new stock. In the event that that we are unable to do so, please accept your apology. We will always be updating with new stuff and hopefully something new might catch your eye!
9 How long does it take to receive my package ?
Barring any uncontrollable problems/ delays(customs/ lost package etc), packages will reach within 7 business days
10. What happens if i never received my package?
We will cover the package until the point it reaches the address you gave and will resend asap. Once the tracking reflects "delivered", any loss from theft etc will not be covered. Please make sure to make the proper arrangements.
